These shorts are cut short, but can be bought in a larger side for a more mid-length cut, however the shorts will be pretty wide. The adjustable strap is fully adjustable and goes all the way around so any size would be able to fit a small waist. These shorts have really long drawstrings that can be adjusted and tied.
